The Role Of Psychology:
To identify the stressors in one's life; can they be changed, reduced or eliminated?
To identify one's reactions to such stressors targetting physiological, emotional, thoughts, interpersonal relationships, personality and behaviours.
Treatment of varying concerns including: Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management, Human Relating Skills, Relationship difficulties, Management of Mental Health, Grief/Loss and Adjustment.
Amie's approach is one of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy/Solution Focussed Therapy.
